Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds on any jewelry items once they have been purchased.

We take great care to ensure that every piece is inspected and packaged with attention to detail. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue at info@ana-co.ca.. We will be happy to review the situation and assist you.

We do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size, or normal wear and tear. 

Custom orders, personalized pieces, and sale items are strictly non‑returnable.
